Rumors Suggest Trot Singer Kim Ho Joong Was Buzzed Outside An Adult Entertainment Facility Before A Hit-And-Run

Before his hit-and-run, Trot singer Kim Ho Joong was allegedly buzzed outside an adult entertainment venue. Kim Ho Joong was caught on CCTV leaving an adult entertainment facility in Gangnam, Seoul on April 9 apparently intoxicated, according to an exclusive Channel A ‘News A’ report on May 16.

Trot musician reportedly tripped before getting into the passenger seat of a fancy vehicle with a backup driver to take him home. As previously reported, Kim Ho Joong crashed his SUV into a cab in the opposite lane 50 minutes later and fled. He was reportedly going to another adult entertainment venue to meet friends when the accident occurred. Kim Ho Joong said he came there to meet his agency’s CEO and didn’t drink because he had a show. Based on entertainment venue staff testimony, the authorities are examining whether Kim Ho Joong was inebriated. CCTV footage showed the musician walking close to the automobile with his hand in his pocket, making a phone call, five minutes after the hit-and-run. His label says he panicked and couldn’t handle the circumstance. After the crash, his manager changed clothes and claimed to be driving. Kim Ho Joong and his managers headed to a hotel in Guri, Gyeonggi Province instead of his residence after another management took the dashcam memory card. The agency CEO said he told the manager to lie and remove the memory card. Police are examining if they tried to hide the incident.
