Korean Internet Users Laud LE SSERAFIM’s Vibrant 1980s And 1990s Hip-Hop Concept

LE SSERAFIM’s 1980s and 1990s hip-hop style is making waves.

Group, unit, and individual photographs for the ‘BALMY FLEX’ edition, the third concept from their upcoming 3rd mini album ‘EASY’, were released. The group posted these photographs on its official social media sites at midnight on January 31 KST.

The five members wore vibrant clothing and vivid accessories in their latest photoshoot, inspired by 1980s and 1990s hip-hop fashion. In their signature LE SSERAFIM flair, they updated lip-lined cosmetics and colorful lens sunglasses from that era. All members are Louis Vuitton house ambassadors, thus the group added visual appeal with apparel and accessories.

Korean netizens enthusiastically responded on a Korean online community.

“Huh? Black hair for all?”
“Is this some kind of dreamy kitsch?”
“This is my favorite so far.”
