Jennie From BLACKPINK Declines To Appear On The Forthcoming Variety Show “My Name Is Gabriel”

‘My Name is Gabriel’, the next variety program, will not feature BLACKPINK’s Jennie.

According to a JTBC insider, “Jennie is not appearing on ‘My Name is Gabriel,'” despite earlier claims that Jennie was scheduled to appear in Kim Tae Ho PD’s new variety show, “My Name is Gabriel.” On March 19 KST, her label said, “Jennie was offered something, but she turned it down. She currently has no plans to make an appearance on variety shows.”

Kim Tae Ho PD, best known for MBC’s “Infinite Challenge,” is developing a new variety show called “My Name is Gabriel.” It will follow cast members as they go abroad to experience life as non-celebrities. Comedians Park Myung Soo and Hong Jin Kyung, along with actresses Ji Chang Wook, Park Bo Gum, and Yeom Hye Ran, have all been confirmed by JTBC to appear on the program.

‘My Name is Gabriel’ is scheduled to go into production this month, with a June premiere date anticipated. Keep checking back for updates.
