The BOYNEXTDOOR Album ‘HOW?’ Breaks Sales Records.

The Hanteo Chart on April 22nd reported that BOYNEXTDOOR sold 531,911 copies in the first week (April 15th to 21st) after releasing their second mini-album ‘HOW?’ on the 15th.

This is approximately 20% higher than the first week sales of their previous album, ‘WHY..’, which sold 449,218 copies, making them ‘half-million sellers’ for the first time since their debut.

With their new album ‘HOW?’ and title tune ‘Earth, Wind & Fire’, BOYNEXTDOOR shattered charts and YouTube records worldwide. The album topped Japan’s Oricon Daily Album Ranking on April 15th and iTunes Top Albums rankings in five countries/regions. The title track music video reached 40 million views on YouTube around 4 AM on the 20th, five days after its debut.

BOYNEXTDOOR returned to Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on the 18th, followed by MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’.

The members created a well-made stage with their dynamic performance and strong vocals that matched the song’s quick pace. Lively performing the lyrics in a rapid-fire ‘sped-up’ segment impressed the audience.

SBS M and SBS FiL’s ‘The Show’ will feature Boy Next Door on stage at 6 PM on the 23rd.
