MONSTA X Announce Legal Action Against Those Who Invade Their Privacy

MONSTA X has recently announced that they will take forceful action against privacy violations, in response to recurring instances of members’ privacy being invaded.

The statement highlighted specific instances of invasion of privacy, such as unauthorised visits and filming in private spaces, continuous contact with artists through unlawfully obtained personal information, and unreasonable pursuit of their moving vehicles. Starship Entertainment has made it clear that these actions will not be tolerated, and they have pledged to take strict legal action to safeguard the privacy of their artists and prevent further damage. They also stated that if any act of privacy invasion is discovered, measures will be taken to prohibit participation in all MONSTA X-related schedules and events.

Here we have Starship Entertainment.

I’d like to begin by expressing my gratitude to the MONSTA X fans who venerate and support us.

Recently, acts of violating the privacy of MONSTA X members have persisted, causing severe mental and physical harm to artists and those in their vicinity.

Repeatedly, there are unauthorised visits to and filming in private spaces, including lodgings, continuous contact with artists through unlawfully obtained personal information, and unreasonable pursuit of moving vehicles.

To protect the privacy of our artists and prevent further harm, we intend to impose severe legal penalties without tolerance for these actions. In addition, if an act of invasion of privacy is discovered, we will prohibit participation in all MONSTA X-related schedules and events.
