Aespa’s Winter Revealed Her Thoughts On Her Childhood Dreams

Winter from aespa says that she wanted to be a soldier when she was a child because her family is full of soldiers.

On January 17, 2023, the YouTube channel “Joh Hyeon Ah’s Thursday Night” uploaded a video titled “Shocking True Story: Kim Min Jung, Who Plays the Piano, Exists.”

In the video, Winter said, “I was thinking about becoming a soldier because my family is full of soldiers, but I realized that I like singing more. No one in my family sings.” She added, “I also wanted to do volunteer work and be a primary school teacher. I feel healed when I see children.”

Winter also talked about her personality, saying, “I don’t go out much. I don’t want to go out when someone asks me to, but I feel hurt when they don’t ask me. I pretend I’m not hurt and that I’m fine on my own.” She added, “When they ask me ‘Do you want to go to Everland?’ and they go with the other three members, I’m jealous. When I do go out, it’s so much fun. I drink and eat.”
Winter said that she and member Karina have been together since they were trainees for 7 years. “Now, we’re just so comfortable with each other. We went through a lot of tough times together. We can talk to each other when we need to, but we can’t really open up to each other right away. I’m not really good at talking about my worries.”
