Character Development And Injuries In “Sword Of Aramun” Are Discussed By Kim Ok Bin.

Actress Kim Ok Bin recently revealed that when filming the acclaimed drama “Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun,” she suffered a fracture. The actress attributes her injury to the demanding physical requirements of her character, which she sustained on set.

In retrospect, Kim Ok Bin said of her experience working on “Arthdal Chronicles,” which lasted for more than four years and had a considerable hiatus between seasons one and two, “Season 2 production was unstable due to COVID-19. The actress laughed, “Considering that all the women of the Sea tribe were brought up to be warriors, I would’ve enjoyed some more action scenes.” But she did admit that she got hurt in one of the ‘Arthdal Chronicles’ less action-packed scenes.

She related, “I was riding a horse when I struck the sword and broke my bone in trying to save Tagon. We stopped filming for a little while before starting again.” Amazingly, her devotion to the role made her laugh, saying, “I told the writer about my injury and said, ‘Don’t take off my silver (armor).” The author found this amusing since I might have taken my character’s invincibility a little too seriously.” Kim Ok Bin’s commitment to her acting career is demonstrated by her commitment to both her skill and maintaining character integrity.
