Yo Ah-in, accused of drug use, has hired more lawyers before his first trial.
Legal circles reported that Yoo Ah-in requested extra election of counsel on November 10.

In addition to Infinity and Dongjin, Haegwang Law Firm was appointed. Eight lawyers are present.

A former High Court chief judge and Supreme Prosecutors’ Office Drug Division head are among the newly appointed lawyers. This appears to be Yoo Ah-in bolstering his legal staff before the Nov. 14 trial.

Yoo Ah-in’s lawyers also requested a trial date change on November 10. The initial trial date may be changed at Yoo Ah-in’s request.
