Seventeen-member Jeonghan will rest after ankle surgery.

Pledis Entertainment announced the news via Weverse on December 14 KST, “Jeonghan has been having conservative therapy for his left ankle injury. The artist continued his activities while obtaining monthly exams since he wanted to do everything this year.”

The label added, “Jeonghan’s ankle pain exacerbated on tour. Doctors said he needed surgery. He was hospitalized on Wednesday, March 13, and had ankle surgery on Thursday morning, March 14. After successful surgery, Jeonghan is recovering.”

Pledis Entertainment confirmed that Jeonghan will not participate in the group’s next ‘Follow’ tour stops in Fukuoka, Japan; Bangkok, Thailand; Bulacan, the Philippines; Macao; and other dates to prioritize his health and rehabilitation.
