Netizens are comparing Pledis Entertainment’s new male group name to a sibling group of ONEUS.

New boy group TWS’ logo was revealed by Pledis Entertainment on December 21 KST.

The squad name is “Twenty-four seven with us,” pronounced “two-us”. According to Pledis Entertainment, the group name “inherits the Pledis style of featuring numbers in the group’s name, like Seventeen.”

TWS is Pledis Entertainment’s first new boy group in 9 years, attracting K-Pop fans worldwide.


However, first reactions to the squad name are not as enthusiastic as Pledis suspected.
