Min Hee Jin’s request for reconciliation received a response from a HYBE representative. The parent firm HYBE and ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin have been embroiled in a public spat, and Min Hee Jin recently stated at a press conference that she would be open to making amends. However, rumors indicate that HYBE appears to have different plans. Concerning the reconciliation with the current ADOR CEO, a HYBE official said, “HYBE has no intention to compromise and intends to reach a conclusion through police investigations or related lawsuits.” In other news, Min Hee Jin’s CEO position at NewJeans label ADOR is being terminated by HYBE. However, a court-approved injunction has prevented HYBE from legally dismissing her unless they pay a compensation of 20 billion won ($14,528,232 USD). In the meantime, the parent firm appointed three new board members and fired two members of ADOR’s board of executives.
