A young actress’s brother accused of stalking an ex-lover and committing suicide.

On January 7, at 2:30 AM KST, a 26-year-old lady (‘A’) died after falling from the 9th storey of a residential complex.

The woman’s ex-boyfriend, ‘B’, called the police first. ‘B’ informed authorities that he and ‘A’ argued before the occurrence and that she had committed suicide.

Later, ‘A’s relatives and friends said ‘B’ pursued and abused her. ‘A’s pals saw significant bruises on her arms and legs, and she took photos everywhere to “report back” to her boyfriend.


After ‘A’ tried to break up with ‘B’, he beat her, ruined her property, pursued her, and threatened to kill her. Neighbors say ‘B’ rang ‘A’s doorbell for 13 hours straight. Despite the neighbors’ protests, ‘B’ waited outside her door all night until she left. After ‘A’ reported ‘B’ for stalking, ‘B’ threatened ‘A’ by saying his father was a lawyer and his uncle was a police officer and that he would “get out of it” easily.


CCTV evidence showed that ‘B’ was in ‘A’s home when ‘A’ fell, despite his original testimony.

‘A’s family denies “mere suicide”. No one from ‘B”s family attended ‘A’s funeral.


Recently, rumors circulated that ‘B’ was the younger brother of a rising actress who has been on hit dramas like ‘Our Beloved Summer’, ‘My Dearest’, and ‘Under the Queen’s Umbrella’.

After netizens named actress Jeon Hye Won ‘B”s older sister, the actress banned all Instagram comments.
