First, we appreciate the fans’ support of our label artist Jeon Jong Seo.
After discovering inaccurate information and rumors concerning actress Jeon Jong Seo on numerous online groups and SNS, we decided to release a statement because we cannot stand by and watch such misinformation proliferate.
We verified the charges with Jeon Jong Seo and her friends as soon as we heard them online and found them to be incorrect.
We have ignored these rumors because we believed they were baseless, but as the reckless spread of content like speculative posts and malicious comments continues, the actress and those around her are suffering from severe mental damages, so we will take legal action to protect our label artist.
After this statement is released, any posts and comments that post or repost unconfirmed, one-sided claims online, exaggerate certain interpretations and/or encourage such acts, and are posted with malicious intent beyond a simple expression of opinion will be strongly reacted to.
We will continue to defend our label artists’ honor and rights.”
One anonymous netizen accused Jeon Jong Seo of school bullying and said her agency was removing all evidence.
