As ‘Never Let Go’ hits #1 on iTunes in more than 100 countries, BTS’s Jungkook creates history.

Jungkook, a solo artist and member of BTS, is once again topping the worldwide charts. Jungkook thanked ARMYs (the group’s fan base) in his new digital song “Never Let Go,” which was published on June 7. The special track was released and immediately shot to the top of the global iTunes song charts, where it remains for the third day in a row. “Never Let Go” peaked at No. 1 on iTunes in 102 countries as of June 10, including the largest music markets in the US, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan. It is one of just two songs published in 2024 to record No. 1’s in 100 countries, together with “FRI(END)S” by fellow member V. Specifically, “Never Let Go” is the first song from 2024 to reach the top spot in 102 regions. “Never Let Go” was made available as a part of BTS’s yearly 2024 FESTA celebration in honor of their debut anniversary.
