The ceremony honored Yuna as Best New TV Actress for “The Day of the Kidnapping.” Yuna was overjoyed to receive the distinction and recognition among outstanding peers.
Lee Jung-ha won Best New TV Actor for “Moving.” Lee Jung-ha discussed his height-phobia while production and how the director and co-stars helped him overcome it. He dedicated his award to a recently bereaved family member to comfort them.
In film, Kim Hyung-seo (BIBI) won Best New Actress for “Hwaran.” Caught off guard, she apologized for not having a speech but thanked the director, team, and everyone who helped her career and thanked humanity for creating art.
Finally, Lee Do-hyun, who obtained leave from the military to attend, won the Best New Actor award for “Exhuma.” He thanked director Jang Jae-hyun, co-stars Choi Min-sik and Yoo Hae-jin, and others for their support and regretted not making a speech. He humorously emphasized his role’s difficulty and his will to succeed, closing his address by thanking his family and fiancée, Lim Ji-yeon, for their support.
