Since its release date, ‘Like Crazy’ has broken streaming and sales records, and this has not changed four months later. It continues to retain the record for the largest sales debut in the United States, the largest music market in the world, with 254k pure sales in its first week, and has remained the best-selling Korean song in the United States this year. As of August 5, ‘Like Crazy’ had eclipsed 400 million streams on Spotify in just 133 days since its official release, surpassing the previous record of 156 days by a Korean/K-pop solo artist.

On August 6, ‘Like Crazy’ eclipsed yet another streaming record on Spotify. The song was ranked #44 on the Global Daily Top Songs chart, according to the platform’s August 5 chart updates, which reflect streaming rankings. This was the 124th day that the song ranked within the top 50 of Spotify’s daily global top songs. Therefore, ‘Like Crazy’ has superseded ‘Money’ by Lisa (123 days) to become the longest-charting solo song by a K-pop solo artist in the Top 50.

Overall, ‘Like Crazy’ is the second longest-charting song by a K-pop solo artist in the Top 50 of the Global Daily Top Songs chart, the longest-charting song being a collaboration.
It continues to be the longest-charting Korean solo song on the Spotify USA Daily Top Songs chart, the second-longest charting solo song by a K-pop soloist on the chart, and the third-longest charting song by a K-pop soloist.

These impressive statistics indicate that his album ‘FACE’ is rapidly gaining streams. It recently surpassed 772 million streams in 110 days to become the most streamed album by a Korean solo artist in the history of Spotify. ‘FACE’ surpassed 900 million streams on the platform in just 135 days, beating the previous record of 507 days set by ‘LALISA’, not only extending its record as the most streamed album by a Korean solo artist on Spotify, but also becoming the first and only album by a Korean solo artist to reach this milestone!

Fans cannot wait to witness Jimin’s legendary voyage of success after success after only four months of his solo career, which is a clear indication that he has an extremely bright future as a solo artist.
