BTS Jungkook Leads The Way, V Closes It Off… HYBE Artists, Relay Comeback In The Third Quarter

HYBE artists continue to make comebacks in the third quarter, from summer to autumn. Following BTS Jung Kook and NewJeans, who heated up the global music market this summer, Baekho, BOYNEXTDOOR, and BTS V are preparing to make their comebacks. They are expected to delight the public’s ears with a variety of colors of music that reflect the characteristics of each label.

Jungkook and New Jeans launched the third quarter of this year in spectacular fashion. On July 14, Jungkook (Big Hit Music) published her debut solo single, ‘Seven (Featuring Latto),’ marking the beginning of her solo career. “Seven (Featuring Latto)” is a composition with a UK garage rhythm that is at the forefront of global popular music trends. As of July 25, this song by Jungkook ascended to the top of Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ primary song chart, demonstrating his influence on the American pop music market.

The 21st of July saw the publication of New Jeans (Adore)’s second mini album ‘Get Up,’ which is an album filled with the group’s emotions. New Jeans combined diverse musical genres, including UK Garage, Jersey Club, House, Funk, R&B, and Euro Pop, with a natural and refined sensibility. In comparison to other K-pop groups, they reached the top of the US Billboard 200 the quickest after their debut and are currently experiencing a syndrome-like level of popularity by simultaneously entering three title songs on the Hot 100.
Artists from HYBE Labels, which are full of personality, are also waiting for their comebacks. On August 31st, Baekho (Pledis Entertainment) will reveal his fatal sexiness through the first song “Elevator” of his digital single project “the [bæd] time”. This song is a remake of the song released by Park Jin-young in 1995, and Baekho will reinterpret the original song, which depicts the secret emotional exchange between a man and a woman in an elevator, in his own style, and will deliver a passionate sound

Following that, HYBE Labels’ youngest group, ENHYPEN (KOZ Entertainment), will release their first mini-album “WHY..” on September 4th. They will present music that stimulates the empathy of youth by incorporating the moments of first love and first heartbreak that everyone experiences at least once in their lives into six tracks. In particular, the members participated in the songwriting and composition of the new album as well as their debut single, and expressed their honest emotions felt during the youth period, completing music that reflects their thoughts

V adorns the third quarter climax of the Hive Labels artist comeback surge. V will issue his solo album ‘Layover’ on September 8th. The pre-released b-side songs ‘Rainy Days’ and ‘Love Me Again’ topped the iTunes ‘Top Song’ chart (as of 9:00 a.m. local time on the 12th) in 70 and 35 countries/regions, respectively. received much attention.

This album is notable because it was created in collaboration with Min Hee-jin, the general producer of ADOR. General producer Min, who directed the overall production of ‘Layover,’ explained the production intent, stating, “I wanted to emphasise the song’s overall atmosphere, which is comprised of its simplicity, rather than its splendour.” The public’s expectations for the performance of various labels are increasing.
