BTS member Jungkook sets another record in the domestic album market.

BTS Jungkook’s solo album “GOLDEN” has sold over 2.5 million copies in South Korea, according to Hanteo Chart. This is the first time a solo album has sold over 2.5 million copies in South Korea since Hanteo Chart’s chart methodology was revised in 2010.

“GOLDEN” sold 1 million copies in just three hours after its release, making it the fastest-selling million-selling album by a solo artist in South Korea. It also sold 2 million copies in five hours, making it the fastest-selling 2 million-selling album by a solo artist in South Korea.
