Fans’ protests regarding Minho of SHINee’s appearance on a supposedly hazardous variety show are addressed by PRISM Production.
As previously reported, supporters threatened to safeguard Minho from a potentially harmful Japanese program called “The Ultimate Sports Men’s Competition 2024” by sending protest trucks to SM Entertainment. Although Minho is well-known for his exceptional fitness, it appears that fans are worried the SHINee member might injure himself. The show, which premieres on May 3, is supposed to bring together competitors with incredible athletic skills.
In response to fan concerns, PRISM Production posted the statement below on SHINee’s social media accounts on March 20. “We’ve reviewed the opinions you’ve shared about Minho’s appearance on Japan’s TBS ‘Ultimate Sports Men’s Competition 2024,'” the production firm said. The choice to have him on this hugely popular show, which airs during Japan’s golden week, was made after it was determined that it would greatly benefit Minho’s future endeavors in Japan as an artist, acting and singing alike. The broadcast business, local Japanese management team, and PRISM Production held extensive safety talks and debates before making the choice.”
Additionally, the production organization verified that Minho will only be filming on April 16 for a single episode. PRISM Production went on to say, “We’re committed to conducting a thorough check and preparation for the filming process to ensure Minho’s schedule goes safely.”
