Former OMEGA X Agency Spire Entertainment Accuses IPQ And DANAL Entertainment Of Tampering.

Spire Entertainment, the former OMEGA X agency, reported IPQ and DANAL Entertainment to the FTC. This step aims to illuminate OMEGA X manipulation and unfair activities.

Spire Entertainment announced this move on January 30 KST, underlining their dedication to “uncovering the genuine truth” about the situation. They said it was difficult but vital for transparency and justice.

Spire Entertainment: “We expect this FTC report to reveal all the facts. We hope the Fair Trade Commission’s fair verdict will reveal the truth, not mutual allegations and unsubstantiated guesses.”

Spire Entertainment stated their intention to pursue civil and criminal damages, correct media reports by filing a complaint with the Press Arbitration Commission, and seek compensation from the Fair Trade Commission after its decision. They also wanted to boost the K-Pop sector and end tampering.


OMEGA X sued Spire Entertainment in November 2022 to reclaim IPQ’s IP. A and B, lawyers at the OMEGA X news conference, were sued by Spire Entertainment. IPQ denied any illegal activity or manipulation in canceling Omega X’s exclusive deal with Spire Entertainment and recruiting them.
