‘G-Dragon’s Agency’ Galaxy Corporation, To Go Public… IPO Lead Manager Selected [Official]

Galaxy Corporation, known as the agency of singer G-Dragon, is pushing for an IPO.

On the 20th, Galaxy Corporation announced Daishin Securities and Shinhan Investment & Securities as co-lead underwriters for the IPO at its headquarters located in IFC, Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with the attendance of Galaxy Corporation Chief Happiness Officer Choi Yong-ho, Daishin Securities CEO Oh Ik-geun, and Shinhan Investment & Securities CEO Kim Sang-tae. announced that it had been selected.

Previously, Galaxy Corporation selected Daishin Securities as the lead underwriter in 2022 and began preparations for listing. In accordance with the company’s continued growth, Shinhan Investment & Securities has been selected as a co-lead underwriter to begin preparations for listing in earnest.

Galaxy Corporation is conducting business with four major business models: media, IP, commerce, and tech, based on super IP (intellectual property rights) and technology convergence.

Galaxy Corporation produced the Netflix original entertainment show ‘Physical: 100’, which gained great popularity last year, through its subsidiary, Louis Works Media. ‘Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground’, which is scheduled to be released on March 19th, was produced directly.

In addition, Galaxy Corporation, through its subsidiaries, produces about 20 other popular entertainment shows, including TV Chosun’s ‘Miss Trot 3’, KBS 2TV’s ‘2 Days & 1 Night’, ‘Men Who Do Housework’, JTBC’s ‘We Must Come Together’, and MBC’s ‘College Sports Festival’. It’s in progress.
