Lim Young-woong is making his way to Sangam Stadium, where fans are getting ready for what is sure to be a heated ticket battle. On July 10th, 2024, at 8 PM KST, Interpark Tickets will go on sale for Lim Young-woong’s “IM HERO – THE STADIUM” show. This performance, which has garnered a lot of attention from Hero Age fans, comes four months after the end of his 2023 nationwide concert tour in Goyang in January.
Last October, Lim Young-woong began his 2023 national tour concert “IM HERO” in Seoul. The trip continued via Daegu, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju, and finally ended in Goyang in January. There were a total of 21 shows on this tour, and the artists got to meet almost 220,000 people.
Over 300,000 people tried to connect at the same time during the ticket sale for these previous events, leading to widespread fear. seats were scarce, making the ordeal difficult for fans and even children trying to buy seats for their parents. Because tickets were in such short supply, the agency cracked down hard on illicit trades.
To avoid damaging the turf, the Sangam World Cup Stadium will not be using ground-level seats for this concert. Instead, fans will be directed to the existing stand-up seats. On the north side, there will reportedly be a massive electronic screen put up to improve the viewing experience.
Also, each individual can only buy a maximum of two tickets. About fifty thousand seats should be available.
Since this morning, fans and Hero Age kids have been on high alert, exchanging ideas like “disabling pop-up blockers” and “verifying identity” in an effort to get tickets.
The “IM HERO – THE STADIUM” concert by Lim Young-woong in 2024 will span two days, May 25 and 26, at the venue.
