Hi-Key’s Wheein Wins ‘Queendom Puzzle’ Final, Secures Debut In EL7Z UP

H1-KEY’s Wheein won 1st place on Queendom Puzzle.

On the final episode of Mnet’s “Queendom Puzzle” which aired live on the afternoon of the 15th, Wheein won first place and became a member of the global project group “EL7Z UP”.

Through her agency GLG, Wheein said, “I was already happy to be able to showcase a good stage on ‘Queendom Puzzle’, but I am grateful to the fans and viewers who always supported me and helped me to reach first place. I will continue to work hard to show you a better side of me as an artist in order to repay this love.

Wheein continued, “I am so grateful to the ‘Queendom Puzzle’ members and the production team who have worked hard with me to show off a great stage. It is an honor and a pleasure to be able to work with you. I also want to thank my Hi-Key members, GLG family, Mikey (fandom name) and my family for always supporting me. I love you all.”
On the show, Wheein directly selected the best members and parts for the final competition song ‘Last Piece’ as a 1st place special at the semi-finals. On the stage, Wheein’s charismatic performance, unwavering live skills, and high notes captured the eyes and ears of global viewers at the same time. At the end of the show, Wheein was moved to tears as she was called 1st place and gave her feelings.
In the future, Wheein will release an album as a member of the girl group EL7Z UP, which was created through ‘Queendom Puzzle’, and will perform on various stages such as the ‘2023 MAMA AWARDS(‘MAMA’)’.

Hi-Key, to which Wheein belongs, will make a comeback with their second mini-album ‘Seoul Dreaming’ on the 30th at 6pm.
