HYBE is opening offices in Mexico City, Miami, and Los Angeles across Latin America. This strategy includes launching DOCEMIL MUSIC and rebranding Exile Music to ZARPAZO and Exile Podcasts to Ajá Podcasts. HYBE Latin America will transform the music industry under CEO Jonghyun ‘JH’ Kah, General Manager Fernando Grediaga, and COO Jeremy Norkin. JH Kah has managed YG Entertainment and HYBE-Geffen globally for decades. A 23-year veteran of EMI Music and Universal Music, Fernando Grediaga championed Molotov, Belanova, Café Tacvba, and RBD. With almost twenty years of experience, Jeremy Norkin has worked with William Morris and United Talent Agency. After being recognized a “Billboard Latin Power Player” and a “30 Under 30,” Jeremy co-founded Exile Music, which HYBE bought in 2023. He founded UTA’s Miami office in 2014, strengthening UTA’s LATAM presence and represents Post Malone, Muse, and Ms. Lauryn Hill. HYBE Latin America General Manager Fernando Grediaga was enthusiastic: “HYBE Latin America wants to build an inclusive company that promotes Latin American creativity and talent. We’re pleased to empower voices and support innovation across the region with ZARPAZO, DOCEMIL MUSIC, and Ajá Podcasts. “With Spanish-language talent topping the charts and growing worldwide market share, now is the perfect time for HYBE to enter Latin. HYBE Latin America COO Jeremy Norkin said combining HYBE’s resources with Ibero-Americas expertise is a surefire way to develop tomorrow’s stars.
