Hyoyeon of Girls’ Generation discussed how she handles haters.
Hyoyeon was recently interviewed by COSMOPOLITAN. During the interview, the Girls’ Generation member was asked how she handles harmful Internet remarks.
Hyoyeon responded by emphasizing that being a public personality was not a simple task. She admitted her struggles, adding, “A very optimistic person can even view themselves negatively.” I discovered that I had to bear a lot of personal attacks in addition to receiving affection. I practiced nonstop for 7 years thinking I just wanted to show off my talent, but people were only attempting to spread negative comments.”

Hyoyeon admitted, “I’m an easy-going person who only listens to helpful words, so I decided to think that haters just haven’t understood me enough,” adding, “We need to stop thinking about negativity and keep focusing on positive things for a long time.” I am more concerned with the main value and only remember positive situations.”
Malicious commentators were referred to as “people without friends” by the female vocalist. “I didn’t care about them at all,” she added. I’m not a calm person, and I have a strong temper, so I wanted to scream in their faces what they did to me.”
Hyoyeon, on the other hand, made her debut with Girls Generation in 2007. She performs in subunit and project groups in addition to Girls’ Generation activities and promotes herself as a solo singer and DJ.
Hyoyeon made a comeback with the single “Picture” last month.
