Jennie from BLACKPINK topped December’s K-Pop idol brand value rankings, followed by Minji from NewJeans, Taeyeon from Girls’ Generation, and others.
From November 30 to December 30, the Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute evaluated large data on K-Pop idols’ customer participation, media activity, communication, community activities, etc. Brand value rankings analyze big data to determine brand perception, media interest, and customer preferences based on internet engagement patterns.
With 4,031,041 brand value points in December, BLACKPINK’s Jennie was the highest-ranked K-Pop idol. Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon placed third this month with 3,597,268 points, followed by NewJeans’ Minji in second with 3,862,250 points. ASTRO member/actor Cha Eun Woo placed fourth with 2,966,706 points.
