Le Sserafim, the “girl group performance powerhouse,” is set to heat up Korea and Japan’s year-end awards ceremonies and special broadcasts.
Le Sserafim, a six-member girl group, will appear on a series of major Japanese year-end special broadcasts, starting with Nippon TV’s “Best Artist 2023” on December 2 (KST), Fuji TV’s “2023 FNS Kayo Daikaigi” on December 6, and NHK’s “74th Kohaku Uta Gassen” on December 31.
These three programs are all highly influential in Japan, and their appearance on them is a testament to Le Sserafim’s growing status in the country. The group is sure to wow audiences with their powerful vocals, energetic performances, and stunning visuals.
‘Best Artist’ is a program with the concept of looking back on the past year, focusing on this year’s hit and popular songs, and features artists who have captivated both the public and fandom. ‘FNS Song Festival’ is considered one of Japan’s representative year-end special programs along with ‘Red and White Song Festival’.
Le Seraphim will celebrate the end of 2023 in ‘Red and White Song Battle’, which boasts an unrivaled presence in terms of viewership ratings and topicality. Among the 4th generation K-pop girl groups, they are the only ones to be included in the cast of ‘Red and White Song Battle’ for two consecutive years since last year.
This love call is due to Le Seraphim’s popularity as the ‘top’ 4th generation K-pop girl group by setting the first, shortest, and highest records for a K-pop girl group in Japan.
Le Seraphim will also be active in domestic year-end special broadcasts and awards ceremonies. Le Seraphim is preparing a special stage by being invited to leading awards ceremonies such as ‘2023 MAMA AWARDS’ on the 29th and ‘2023 Asia Artist Awards IN THE PHILIPPINES’ (2023 AAA) on December 14th, and KBS 2 TV’ on December 9th. They will also appear at ‘2023 Music Bank Global Festival’ and SBS ‘2023 Gayo Daejeon’ on December 25th.
