Lee Hyori Admits To Like Lip-Syncing

Lee Hyori said she loves lip-syncing on KBS2’s ‘The Seasons – Lee Hyori’s Red Carpet’ on February 2.

Park Myung Soo, a special guest, sang “Prince of the Sea,” upon entering.

The longtime music radio personality Park Myung Soo said, “I’ve been doing radio for 10 years. Because I enjoy getting out every morning, talking to listeners and the production crew, and broadcasting.” He said, “I’ll die in the radio station booth and stay there until the end.”

Park Myung Soo, who hasn’t rested since his debut, thanked, “I was desperate. Despite my avarice and incompetence, I’m grateful for reaching this place. I live by that belief.”

The evening included Park Myung Soo singing “When Time Passes.” “I’m curious,” Lee Hyori asked Park Myung Soo after the performance. Why conceal one ear?” Park Myung Soo admitted, “I watched Lee Seung Chul Hyung do it. In the past, equipment was poor, so you had to cover your ear to hear.”  He said, “Lee Seung Chul Hyung covered one ear first. Following him has been my habit.” He said, “When people see me (cover my ears) they ask me if I my ears are bad.”

He added, “I’ve never sang with an in-ear device. I lip-synced often.” Lee Hyori told the gathering, “I also liked lip-syncing a lot,” drawing chuckles. She added, “No broadcast lip-syncs anymore. So all idols sing good live.
