Lim Young-min, Solo Debut After 3 Years

Drunk driving accused singer Lim Young-min returns as a solo artist after 3 years.

On February 22, the agency Brand New Music released the tracklist for Im Young-min’s first EP “ROOM”, which will be released on February 29, through Im Young-min’s official account.

According to the tracklist, this album will include a total of 4 songs, including the title song “IN MY ROOM”, “LET ME OUT”, “BROKEN WINGS”, and “AGAIN”. Lim Young-min participated in the writing of all songs.

Lim Young-min rose to fame in 2017 after appearing on the Mnet audition program ‘Produce 101’ Season 2. He then debuted in 2019 as a member of AB6IX alongside Lee Dae-hwi and Park Woo-jin, who also appeared on the same program.

However, in 2020, Lim Young-min was caught driving under the influence of alcohol while driving his car home after drinking with friends. He was subsequently suspended from all activities and expelled from the group. He enlisted in the military in November 2020 and was discharged in 2021
