Good Star is a donation platform that promotes the positive influence of celebrities. Using the application (app), you can view the videos and songs of the singers who participated in the game, support them through missions in the app, and donate prize money based on their classification. It operates by gathering the number of steps taken by app users and donating the funds in the singer’s name.
The prize money donated in Lim Young-woong’s name will be used for children who have lost out on education due to long-term medical treatment or financial hardship. The provision of emotional support, such as learning, psychology, art, and emotional therapy, enables patients to fully adapt to society following treatment.
Director of the Korea Paediatric Cancer Foundation Hong Seung-yoon stated, “Not only does it warm the heart with songs, but it also conveys that warmth through warm donations.”
Lim Young-woong, who raised a total of 63.3 million won for Good Star, will resume the ‘IM HERO’ national tour concert this year as he did last year. The agency Fish Music published a teaser video for the national tour concert on the official social media channel on the 29th of last month. The tour’s itinerary and locations will be announced at a later time.
