Lim Young-woong’s ‘Sand Grain’ Charts On The US Billboard For A Total Of 9 Weeks

South Korean singer Im Young-woong has achieved global popularity by charting on the US Billboard chart for a total of 9 weeks with his song “Sand Grain.”

According to the latest chart released by Billboard, a US music magazine (as of August 26), Im Young-woong ranked 174th on the Billboard Global Excl. US chart with “Sand Grain.”

Lim Young-woong’s “Sand Grain” continued its popularity, rising 3 places from last week (August 19). “Sand Grain” has set a record of 9 weeks on the chart.

‘Grains of Sand’ debuted at number 102 on the Billboard Global (excluding the US) chart dated June 24th. Then, on August 5, it ranked 151st on the chart, setting a record for seven consecutive weeks. ‘Grains of Sand’ re-entered the chart on August 19th at 177th, and then ranked 174th on the chart on August 26th, showing an upward trend.

Meanwhile, ‘Sand Grains’, released in Korea on June 5, is Lim Young-woong’s second self-composed song, and it is a song that stands out with lyrical lyrics and Lim Young-woong’s own whistle.

After its release, ‘Grains of Sand’ won first place on major music charts and music broadcasts in Korea, highlighting Lim Young-woong’s presence.
