NCT Taeil To Undergo Surgery After Motorcycle Accident

On August 15, 2023, Taeil’s agency SM Entertainment released an official statement on their website stating that Taeil was involved in a motorcycle accident in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 3 am on August 14. Taeil was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment immediately after the accident. He is currently conscious and has no major injuries, but he has been diagnosed with a fractured right thigh bone and is awaiting surgery.

SM Entertainment said, “Taeil will be halting all schedules for the time being to focus on his recovery. We ask for your understanding and support for Taeil’s speedy recovery.”

Taeil is a popular member of NCT and has been active in various units, including NCT 127, NCT U, and NCT 2022. While he will be halting his activities for the time being due to this accident, we hope that he will make a full recovery with the support of his fans.
