‘Night Fishing’ is a thirteen-minute short film that features Son Seok Goo’s homecoming.

Son Seok-goooo, an actor, is going to play a leading role in the upcoming short film titled “Night Fishing,” which will be directed by Moon Byung. CGV has made the announcement that the suspenseful film, which is roughly thirteen minutes long, would be shown exclusively on their screens beginning on the fourteenth of the next month. Together with the announcement, the first poster and the primary trailer were made available to the public. These elements helped to establish the mood and the storyline of the picture. An ominous mood is created by the poster, which depicts the main character, who is portrayed by Son Seok-gu, sitting inside a car in the dark, obviously waiting for something. This image alludes to the fact that the film will contain aspects of psychological suspense. The plot of the short film “Night Fishing” centers on a weird occurrence that takes place at a charging station for electric vehicles during the night. Moon Byung-gon, whose film “Safe” is the recipient of the Palme d’Or for Short Films at the 66th Cannes Film Festival in 2013, is the director of this picture. The film, which has a runtime of only 12 minutes and 59 seconds, is intended to provide a short and delightful experience, similar to that of “snack movies,” while only having a small duration. ‘Night Fishing’ is characterized by its cinematography, which is fully composed from the perspectives of the front, rear, and side cameras of a car. This is yet another distinctive feature of the television show.

Jo Hyung-rae, who is commonly recognized for his contributions to films such as “The Merciless” and “Concrete Utopia,” was involved in the cinematography of the film. Not only does Son Seok-gu have a central role in the movie, but he was also involved in the production of the movie. It has been hinted by distributors that he will put on a one-man action performance in which he will try to “catch something mysterious” and will demonstrate his acute charisma. “Night Fishing” will be shown at 15 CGV theaters across the country from the 14th to the 16th of the following month, and then again from the 21st to the 23rd of the following month. The price of each ticket is one thousand won. A collaboration between Hyundai Motors and Stanum, the production firm owned by Son Seok-gu, resulted in the creation of this movie.
