SM Entertainment’s First Virtual Artist, Surprises At AESPA Concert

SM Entertainment’s first virtual artist, nævis, unexpectedly attended aespa’s concert, garnering attention. At aespa’s second solo concert, ‘2024 aespa LIVE TOUR – SYNK : PARALLEL LINE,’ held June 29-30 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul, nævis surprised the audience with a riveting performance Nævis, the first virtual artist from SM and a crucial character in aespa’s universe, performed with a mysterious and captivating stage presence. Director Shim Jae-won and media artist Lee Ki-taek described the nævis stage as a three-dimensional performance that blended the digital and real worlds using anamorphic 3D methods and a large screen. In aespa’s universe, nævis assist members by opening the P.O.S (Port of Soul), connecting the FLAT, REAL, and KWANGYA worlds. In the third quarter of this year, nævis will debut as a solo artist under SM’s Virtual IP Center, raising curiosity.
