Sunwoo, From The Boyz, Was Hospitalized For Neuritis And Neuralgia.

A December 12 exclusive story from Star News claims that Sunwoo, one of The Boyz, has been hospitalized after experiencing a sharp deterioration in his health. Sunwoo went to a hospital in Seoul on December 11th, the evening after, complaining of shoulder and neck ache.

Sunwoo had to be sent to a neighboring hospital, escorted by a representative of the group’s agency, IST Entertainment. Neuralgia and neuritis were the diagnoses following a comprehensive evaluation. Sunwoo has been told by the medical staff to recover by getting as much rest as possible for at least one week.

This health problem follows The Boyz member Ju Haknyeon, who had previously postponed his group activities because of health issues.

Due to Sunwoo’s medical condition, The Boyz will only have nine members when they attend the forthcoming 2023 Asia Artist Awards in the Philippines (2023 AAA), which are set for December 14 at the Philippine Arena.
