Supporters Are Preparing To Deploy Protest Trucks, Calling On Kim Ji Woong To Leave ZEROBASEONE

Supporters are preparing to deploy protest trucks, calling on Kim Ji Woong to leave ZEROBASEONE .

Kim Ji Woong, a member of ZEROBASEONE, faced criticism last week after a video was posted on social media.

After a fan meeting via video conference, Kim Ji Woong is purportedly heard in the video using foul language, notably saying “Ssibal (FU*K).”

The fan who first posted the video on social media to convey her anguish at hearing that word was the one who was in the fan meeting with Kim Ji Woong.

WAKEONE issued a statement on the dissemination of misleading information following the broadcast of the video. The organization declared that it would severely enforce a zero-tolerance policy in response to offenses that violate the rights, privacy, or safety of artists.

As a result, online users accused the fan who first posted the video of being a Sasaeng fan and said that Kim Ji Woong had spoken rudely to her because of her behavior.

However, other supporters intend to deliver protest vehicles to WAKEONE in order to force Kim Ji Woong to leave ZEROBASEONE.

With the hashtags “Kim Ji Woong, Leave (the group) if you have a conscience” and “Please leave Kim Ji Woong,” they posted a few of the lines that will be seen on the protest truck and stated, “We’re pre-revealing a few phrases that will be displayed on the protest truck.”

These supporters persisted in criticizing Kim Ji Woong for using offensive language in the fan video.

“Mr. Kim Ji Woong withdraw from group,” is the translation. To indicate the word “Ssi-bbal,” the honorific “Ssi” and the word “Bbal” from the phrase “Bbal-Li (quickly)” are highlighted in red.

Translation: “You got a facial curse, yet we voted for you to make your debut. Kim Ji Woong has withdrew.

Translation: “ZEROSEs will all turn against you if you continue in this manner. The eldest member, Kim Ji Woong, is bothering his eight younger members.”

Translation: “Due to one problematic member, the group will be stigmatized as a fan-hating group. Kim Ji Woong has withdrew.

“They chose the right phrases,” other internet users remarked. “The agency made this worse,” “If he couldn’t even apologize, they should’ve just stayed quiet but the agency made things worse by making that statement,” “They’re being so strong,” Is he the most senior member? Whoa,” “The agency released that statement, so the fans are mad,” “I don’t think this is excessive,” “He should’ve just apologized, why did they release that statement?” “He is causing trouble for the group,” and “I feel so bad for that fan.” He literally called a fan names and is now making up accusations that she is a Sasaeng. That is very problematic.
