The title of IU’s pre-release single ‘Love Wins’ has changed.
The singer-songwriter shared the teaser poster for her pre-release single with BTS’ V, which excited fans yet worried them with its title. Although “Love Wins” has been a slogan in sexual minority pride parades, some said the song title was improper and diminished its meaning. Others thought it didn’t affect the theme of love triumphing.
IU’s label EDAM Entertainment unveiled a new teaser poster with the single’s new title, ‘Love Wins All’ It said, “We decided to change the title to respect and support everyone who loves in their various ways, and we accept the opinions of those who express concerns that precious messages might be blurred due to the title.”
