1. Suseong Lake: A vast man-made lake in Dusan-dong, Daegu, is an excellent site to visit in spring when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. It was formerly a reservoir for agricultural purposes but is now a popular walking trail. A musical water foundation performance is also available.
2. Jinju: Creative and traditional, Jinju hosts over 10 art and crafts events each year, including the Jinju Namgang Yudeung Festival, Jinju Mask Dance and Drama Festival, and Jinju Silk Fair. Culture abounds in this small country region. Do not confuse Jinju with Jeonju!

4. Sanjeong Lake: Pocheon, an interior city in Gyeonggi province, has a lake in mountain valleys. The valley is circled by a wooden path. This place’s silence makes you feel like you’ve entered another world.
5. Daejeon O-World: Seoul has Everland and Lotte World, Daegu has E-World, and Daejeon has its own amusement park. The Zoo Land, Joy Land, and Flower Land portions of Daejeon O-World make for a wonderful day.
6. Imsil Cheese Theme Park: Yes, a cheese-themed theme park. This 32-acre park covers cheese education, production, and consumption. Few people know about this fantastic area to visit.
