Treasure To Appear In A New SBS Variety Show Called “Shining SOLO” + A Show Called “Dating Reality” Featuring Female SNS Influencers

YG Entertainment unveiled a teaser poster for boy band TREASURE’s next variety show, “Shining SOLO,” on February 14 KST.

Although TREASURE members had previously garnered favorable feedback for their web realities, this will be the group’s first time having their variety program run on SBS, a prominent broadcasting channel. Additionally, the show will simultaneously air on the platforms of each of the following regions: Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, and more.

The teaser poster for “Shining SOLO” below suggests that it is a parody of the well-known ENA dating reality show “I Am Solo.” The ad features a question in the center that asks, “Who is your jewel boy?” The house looks like a big mansion that contestants on a dating reality show dwell in temporarily while getting to know each other.

Some fans have been speculating that TREASURE may appear in a dating reality program alongside other female SNS influencers as participants since YG Entertainment released the teaser poster on February 14. Those who take the suspicions and conjectures seriously are vocally opposing the initiative and posting worrisome remarks in online forums.

In the meantime, the debut of TREASURE’s “Shining SOLO” is scheduled for March 3 at 12:30 PM KST.
