According to reports, they are all 20-year-old men, one is a college student living in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, and the other is known to be a part-time student in Hannan City, Osaka. The Osaka Prefectural Police is planning to continue a detailed investigation by identifying criminal charges through photos and videos posted on social media.

Prior to the police attendance, they apologized to DJ Soda through a YouTube broadcast and said, “I did it with a light heart after drinking alcohol. I’m sorry for making the reputation of the agency not good.” It is known that he said, “There was no thought of action.”

The police plan to continue the investigation based on the video received at the time along with the complaint.”

Prior to this, Tri-Hard Japan issued a joint statement on the case, saying, “We confirm once again that this case is sexual violence and sexual crime, so it can never be forgiven. “However, since DJ Soda has to continue her overseas activities in the future, we have entrusted Tri-Hard Japan with all of the civil and detective’s legal actions regarding this case, and Tri-Hard Japan has been entrusted with it.”

DJ Soda revealed that she was sexually assaulted by the audience during the ‘Music Circus 23’ performance on the 14th. I was helplessly sexually assaulted while touching it.” He also said, “No matter what clothes I wear, sexual harassment and sexual harassment can never be justified.”

DJ Soda said, “Maybe it’s obvious, but it took a lot of courage to say this. I don’t wear revealing clothes to ask people to touch me and look at my body.” I know what I can see, and I am satisfied with it and at the same time I am confident, so I wear the clothes I want to wear only for my own satisfaction, but they have no right to touch me or sexually harass me because I wear revealing clothes.”
