6 Noir Members Apparently Win Litigation Against Luk Factory Label.

Luk Factory has been sued by six Noir members.

As of May 3, six Noir members have won litigation against Luk Factory to cancel their exclusive contract. It appears the Western District Court found against the label for contract termination and member damages.

In 2022, the 6 Noir members sued Luk Factory for failing to provide stylists and transportation, withholding financial records, not registering a valid company address, and attempting to transfer their contracts to another agency without their consent.

Luk Factory counterclaimed against the 6 members.

Noir is a 9-member boy group that debuted in April 2018, includes ‘Produce 101’ season 2’s Kim Yeon Guk and Yoo Ho Yeon. After releasing their fourth album in April 2020, they went on sabbatical.

Stay tuned for developments.
