According To An SM Entertainment Employee, HYBE Attempted To Recruit All SME Employees

SM Entertainment employee claims HYBE tried to recruit almost every SME employee.

On online community board Instiz, HYBE has been accused of recruiting SM Entertainment personnel. One allegation claims a key member of SM Entertainment informed media, “HYBE has long monitored SM’s culture technology. At least one of the longtime practitioners was headhunted by HYBE.”

The key member said, “Everyone has been offered. New talent development and producing staff were notably affected.”

Internet users said, “They’ll never leave SM alone,” Why is HYBE enamored with SM? “NCT’s manager relocated there. They have numerous ex-SM employees.” “Isn’t it evident SM workers would be poached everywhere? They work for a prominent entertainment company.
