Lisa Of BLACKPINK Explains Why She Wanted To Perform At Crazy Horse In An Interview With ELLE.

On September 27th, a netizen decoded clues from an old interview between ELLE magazine and Andrée Deissenberg, general manager of Crazy Horse’s Cabaret Creation and Brands. This interview revealed some interesting behind-the-scenes information and clarified Lisa’s role in the upcoming shows.

Andree Deissenberg mentioned in the interview, “Lisa is a fan of Crazy Horse. She attended multiple times, and after each event, she made a point of meeting the girls backstage (…) I thought that was a great idea. …and I made a move on it. The planets and the stars can align at times.

“She rehearsed, she does it really well, she’s a great professional (…)” was something else the general manager chimed in on. In the past, she has visited the City of Light. We kept it all a secret, especially during her performance at the Stade de France in July, and the plan was to have her act as a Crazy dancer from start to finish. It was his desire, and I thought it was a fascinating concept since it alters who we are (…) We settled on a number of scenarios, including the prologue, the coda, and a number of individual cameos.

The article said, “Lisa will perform those already present in the cabaret repertoire, along with the rest of the troupe.”

The decision to have Lisa join the show’s dancers rather than having her own repertoire came as a surprise to many Korean netizens. “Oh…joining a pre-existing performance…lol..doesn’t seem like she’ll continue with K-pop activities now, so let’s take off that title of K-pop idol,” they joked. While Lisa is allowed to make her own decisions, I do hope she considers the impact her actions may have on others. If you call those shows “art” simply because Lisa will be on them, you’re wrong.Lisa consequently saw a great deal of Crazy Horse. And when they asked whether she wanted to join, she gladly accepted. She wanted to branch out, I suppose,” More than anything, I can’t believe she saw shows like that. To paraphrase, “I’m not sure anymore,” “She’s just doing what she wants,” To paraphrase two different statements: “I really don’t understand why Jennie and Lisa both chose to go this route…” and “Wow…”
