‘BORN TO BE’ By ITZY Tops Global ITunes Album Chart

ITZY returned with their new mini album, ‘BORN TO BE’, on January 8 KST and topped the iTunes album list globally. ITZY’s title as a “global trending girl group” for the new year was confirmed by 23 abroad locations as of January 9 KST, including the US, Brazil, Thailand, France, and Australia.

ITZY topped the Hanteo Chart’s real-time and daily album rankings on release day, while its title track, “UNTOUCHABLE,” went on to top the Melon Top 100 and Hot 100 charts. The b-sides “BORN TO BE,” “Mr. Vampire,” and “Dynamite” also made the Melon Hot 100.

“UNTOUCHABLE,” the new song, is dynamic and full of captivating lyrics. The members dance among a legion of robots in the accompanying music video, which has become popular for its stunning graphics and message of tackling hardships together. The song video topped YouTube’s song Video Trending Worldwide on January 9 KST.
