Amidst the HYBE-ADOR debate, NewJeans member Hyein’s mysterious post has raised suspicions among

A new social media post by NewJeans member Hyein has piqued interest amid the growing tensions between HYBE and its linked label ADOR. The tweet appears to be endorsing CEO Min Hee Jin in the middle of the ongoing issue concerning ILLIT’s purported similarity to New Jeans.

The message, which was shared on March 25 KST on NewJeans’ fan forum, had multiple images, one of which showed Hyein face down with the words “stop copying” scrawled beneath it in tiny letters.

The timing of the post is also noteworthy because it comes right before ILLIT, a different group signed to HYBE’s label Belift Lab, releases their debut single, “Magnetic,” from the album “SUPER REAL ME.” Though at first disregarded, the post has garnered notice due to CEO Min Hee Jin’s outspoken criticism of ILLIT’s alleged copycat status and resemblance to New Jeans.

Different people have given different interpretations of Hyein’s message: some believe it was meant for ILLIT, while others believe it was meant for Haerin, who was dressed similarly. The position of NewJeans in the matter is still unknown as the disagreement between HYBE and CEO Min Hee Jin intensifies.

Although NewJeans members and CEO Min Hee Jin have always had a close relationship, a recent post has caused controversy regarding their loyalties. Although CEO Min Hee Jin has continuously expressed support for NewJeans members, the situation has become more complicated as a result of Hyein’s unclear tweet.
