With ‘Golden’ being on the chart for six weeks, Jungkook becomes the longest-charting solo male artist from Asia on Billboard 200.
Jungkook’s “GOLDEN” album is setting new records on the Billboard charts, demonstrating its continued appeal.

As of December 23, the most recent Billboard chart shows that the BTS member’s first solo album, “GOLDEN,” is currently ranked 41st on the Billboard 200. Now that the album has been on the charts for six weeks, he has become the longest-charting Asian solo male artist.

With six straight weeks at the top of the Top Current Albums list and the Top Sales Albums chart, respectively, “GOLDEN” has also maintained its strong ranking on other Billboard charts. “GOLDEN” has songs like “Standing Next to You,” “Please Don’t Change (feat. DJ Snake),” and “Closer to You (feat. Major Lazer),” among others, that have been chart-topping hits for six weeks running, including the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.

For 22 weeks, Jungkook’s solo song “Seven (feat. Latto)” has remained at the 19th position on the Global 200 and at the 8th slot globally (excluding the U.S.). “3D (feat. Jack Harlow)” has also held steady positions on multiple charts for 11 weeks.


On December 12, Jungkook and Jimin, a member of BTS, simultaneously enrolled in the military for active duty. They are scheduled to be released in June 2025.
