LE SSERAFIM Declares Legal Action Against Posts That Are Malicious

Legal action is being taken by LE SSERAFIM for a number of offensive remarks and comments.

In a formal statement issued on March 22, SOURCE MUSIC said that anybody who write malicious falsehoods about the members of LE SSERAFIM and posts that defame their reputation will face severe consequences.

Legal action is frequently taken by our organization against those who engage in harmful behavior linked to LE SSERAFIM, such as defamation, ill-intentioned criticism, sexual harassment, and personal attacks.

We have observed a recent increase in harmful posts with bad intentions that target individual artists individually. These posts exploit anonymity in a way that clearly crosses the boundary. As such, we have increased the amount of evidence we are gathering and have stepped up our monitoring operations.

We would like to draw your attention to the following: posts that attempt to defame or personally harm the artist; instances of sexual harassment; and any slander or use of expletives based on unfounded rumors that could give rise to legal action. Through our real-time monitoring systems, we are gathering proof of coordinated acts of posting malicious posts that attack the public reputations of artists and then removing them to remove any traces of evidence.

We are taking stringent measures to address malicious postings that breach our artists’ rights across all available channels, including social media platforms and online forums, since some vicious attacks seriously violate the personal rights of members, especially legal minors.
