Irene, a member of the K-pop girl group Red Velvet, has won first place in the Star Ranking Star Idol Female Ranking.
Irene won the 118th Star Ranking Star Idol Female Ranking, which ran from January 25 at 3:01 PM to January 1 at 3:00 PM. She beat out Girls’ Generation’s Yoona and Taeyeon to take the top spot.
In this vote, following Irene with 14,616 votes, Girls’ Generation’s Yoona came in second with 7,441 votes, and Taeyeon came in third with 1,956 votes.
Meanwhile, Star Ranking is a ranking vote in which fans directly vote for their favorite stars to determine their ranking. Depending on the ranking of the voting results, various privileges are provided to stars.
The star ranked first for four consecutive weeks will be featured in an outdoor electronic billboard advertisement.
