SHINee’s Taemin, THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE, and Creepy Nuts illuminate the stage of the ‘Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2024’.

The first ‘ASIA STAR ENTERTAINER AWARDS 2024’ (ASIA STAR ENTERTAINER AWARDS presented by ZOZOTOWN, abbreviated as ASEA), where music, stars and fans become one, will be held at ‘K-Arena Yokohama’ (hereinafter referred to as K-Arena) in Yokohama, Japan on April 10th. The ASEA organizing committee officially announced on the 20th that SHINee’s Taemin, THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE, and Creepy Nuts have confirmed their appearances.

Taemin, who debuted as a member of SHINee in 2008, is an all-rounder artist who is considered ‘K-pop’s special ace’ and ‘reverse solo male singer’ (the best solo male singer of all time). The 8th full-length album ‘HARD’, released with the members in June last year, broke its own record for album sales, ranked first on the iTunes Top Album Chart in 43 regions around the world, and ranked first on the World Wide iTunes Album Chart, Japan’s Recochoku. By achieving achievements such as No. 1 in the daily album rankings, No. 1 on domestic music and album charts, and winning 5 music broadcast awards, they re-proved themselves as a ‘contemporary band that presents and leads trends appropriate for the current era in all areas of music, dance, and fashion.’

Taemin did not stop at group activities, but also achieved a career high again with his 4th solo mini album ‘Guilty’ in October last year. In December of last year, the Inspire Arena solo concert held twice was sold out, even to the seats with limited visibility, and the group demonstrated its potential by mobilizing over 16,000 audiences. Next, SHINee’s Tokyo Dome solo concert is scheduled for February 24th and 25th.

THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE is a 16-member dance vocal group that made their major debut with the 2017 single ‘Lightning’. THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE re-proved its popularity through the group’s first best albums ’16SOUL’ and ’16PRAY’, which were simultaneously released on February 14th this year to commemorate the 7th anniversary of their debut.

Creepy Nuts is a hip-hop unit comprised of rapper R-Shitei, who won three consecutive wins in Japan’s leading hip-hop competition, and DJ Matsunaga, who is enjoying global popularity. Since his debut under Sony Music in 2017, he has been loved by music fans by releasing songs such as ‘To Us Who Were Geniuses Once’ in 2020 and ‘Case’ in 2021. Through the nationwide tour launched to commemorate the release of the ‘Ensemble Play’ album in 2022, all performances, including the Saitama Super Arena, were sold out. Creepy Nuts is continuing its popularity with ‘Bling-Bang-Bang-Born’, which was released in January.

‘ASEA 2024’ is hosted by ‘NewsN’, an entertainment and sports media outlet, and ‘At Style’ (@star1), an online entertainment media outlet that publishes Star & Style magazine, and is hosted by the ASEA Organizing Committee and ZOZOTOWN of Japan.

In ‘ASEA2024’, top-class K-POP artists and Asian singers who have achieved significant achievements on the world stage over the past year will participate to create a spectacular stage.
