Fantasy Boys Drama: CEO Of PocketDol Studio Proposes Reconciliation After Lawsuit

Despite Yoo Joon-won’s recent departure from Fantasy Boys, PocketDol Studio CEO Kim Kwang-soo is prepared to reconcile. Kim proposed they discuss moving forward if Yoo Joon-won accepts his mistakes and rejoins before the Tokyo show.

Fantasy Boys, established by Pocket Doll Studio, initially included MBC TV’s ‘Boy Fantasy – After School Heart-throb Season 2’ winner Yoo Joon-won. He left due to a profit distribution issue and Pocket Doll Studio’s claimed unfair tactics.

Funky Studio, a Pocket Doll Studio subsidiary, claims Yoo Joon-won demanded more profit after his ‘Boy Fantasy’ win. Yoo Joon-won accuses Pocket Doll Studio of high fixed expenses and unprofessionalism, eroding trust.

Funky Studio’s contract mainly followed the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism’s requirements, so Yoo Joon-won’s request to terminate it was denied. Funky Studio wants 3 billion won (2.34 million USD) from Yoo Joon-won.

CEO Kim wants Funky Studio to dismiss all cases and pay legal fees to protect Yoo Joon-won’s career. Yoo Joon-won’s team engaged a lawyer for the damages action, with trial dates expected soon.
